amaiko orchestrating DATEV DMS
DATEV DMS

The AI orchestration layer for DATEV DMS

Your clients' documents, found in chat.

What it does

Find instead of click

Name the client and what you are looking for — "the 2024 corporate tax assessment" — and get the matching documents, not four hundred candidates.

Open and ask

Open a document's PDF as a file card and ask about it: the additional payment in the assessment, the notice period in the lease.

Your filing structure

amaiko knows your domains, folders, registers and statuses, so searches follow the way your firm files.

Confidential stays confidential

Documents in a DATEV secure area are never shown to amaiko, and only licensed seats can use the specialist.

Frequently asked questions

Can amaiko read documents from DATEV DMS?
Yes. The DATEV DMS specialist finds a client's documents in DATEV DMS or DATEV Dokumentenablage by folder, register, status, year or the words in their description, shows their details and opens their files in chat so amaiko can answer questions about the content. It also files, re-files and versions documents and moves them to the DATEV Papierkorb, each only after you approve the plan; it never deletes permanently.
How does amaiko reach our DATEV server?
Through the Riecken Cloud Gateway for DATEVconnect, the route DATEV itself names for cloud providers. An administrator connects the firm's DATEV system once in the amaiko portal; a small gateway client on your DATEV server opens an outgoing connection, so no inbound firewall port is opened.
What does the tax firm need?
DATEVconnect with the DATEVconnect Dokumentenmanagement licence, DATEV DMS or DATEV Dokumentenablage, and the DMS client on the server that runs DATEVconnect and the gateway client.
