amaiko Kanzlei works in Microsoft Teams, reads your DATEV data when you ask and answers tax questions from Haufe. She runs in a sealed tenant built for firms bound by § 203 StGB: hosted in Germany, with AI processing in the EU only.

Your firm's systems, one question away

Each specialist fetches exactly what you ask for, at the moment you ask. amaiko Kanzlei doesn't copy your DATEV data into a database of its own.

DATEV Rechnungswesen

Reads postings, trial balances (SuSa) and accounts from the DATEV Rechnungswesen archive. amaiko uploads a posting batch (Buchungsstapel) only after you confirm it, and never finalises it.

DATEV Lohn

Payroll, read-only: gross and net per employee, wage types, taxes and social security, absences, payroll booking records and the official payroll reports as PDF. Requires DATEV's Lohnergebnisdatenservice and Lohnauswertungsdatenservice.

DATEV DMS

Finds and reads documents, and files something only after you approve the plan. It connects through the Cloud Gateway for DATEVconnect by Riecken, the gateway DATEV itself names for cloud vendors.

Haufe

Answers tax and employment-law questions from Haufe's content, using your firm's own Haufe API key.

Every employee connects with their own DATEV login: SmartLogin, SmartCard or mIDentity. DATEV requests go to DATEV, DMS traffic runs through Riecken, and Haufe receives the question when you ask Haufe.

The seal

Professional secrecy, enforced by the system

amaiko sets the seal when your tenant is provisioned. It lives in the infrastructure, not in an admin setting, so nobody at the firm can switch it off. Your data protection officer can verify it.

A fixed set of specialists

Microsoft 365 work, knowledge, data analysis, scheduled tasks, DATEV and Haufe. Anything added to amaiko later stays outside the seal automatically.

Microsoft 365, read-only

amaiko Kanzlei reads and prepares drafts. No write action reaches Microsoft 365: sending, filing and saving stay with you.

Knowledge stays personal

What amaiko Kanzlei learns belongs to the person she learned it from. Nothing is shared across the firm.

No background reading

No inbox triage, no onboarding scan, no contact enrichment. amaiko Kanzlei reads when someone asks. Briefings and reminders you set up still run.

Notifications without content

Every notification carries one fixed line per category. The content stays inside amaiko.

Logs without content

Agent traces carry no content and no error text. Logs never contain prompts, responses or file names.

  • The data processing agreement (AVV) carries the confidentiality clauses of § 203 StGB and § 62a StBerG.
  • The AI runs on Azure OpenAI, with processing in the EU data zone only.

A sealed tenant is defined as much by what it doesn't do. These amaiko features aren't switched off in amaiko Kanzlei. They don't exist there.

Does amaiko Kanzlei meet the requirements of § 203 StGB?
amaiko Kanzlei is built for professionals bound by § 203 StGB. The data processing agreement (AVV) carries the confidentiality clauses of § 203 StGB and § 62a StBerG, and the seal enforces them technically: a fixed set of specialists, read-only access to Microsoft 365, no background reading, and no content in notifications, agent traces or logs.
Where is our data processed?
amaiko Kanzlei is hosted in Germany on amaiko's own infrastructure, not in the Microsoft cloud. The AI runs on Azure OpenAI, with processing in the EU data zone only.
Does client data leave Germany or the EU?
Data is stored in Germany, and the AI processes it in the EU only. When you use DATEV, the requests go to DATEV, and DMS traffic runs through the Riecken Cloud Gateway. When you ask Haufe, Haufe receives the question.
How does amaiko Kanzlei connect to DATEV?
Every employee connects with their own DATEV login (SmartLogin, SmartCard or mIDentity). amaiko Kanzlei fetches from DATEV when someone asks and doesn't mirror your DATEV data into a database of its own. Accounting data comes from the DATEV Rechnungswesen archive, payroll needs the Lohnergebnisdatenservice and Lohnauswertungsdatenservice, and DMS runs through the Cloud Gateway for DATEVconnect by Riecken.
What does amaiko Kanzlei cost?
The same as amaiko: €37.39 per user and month, or €29.91 billed annually. DATEV (Rechnungswesen, Lohn, DMS) and Haufe are included; for Haufe, your firm uses its own Haufe licence. No hardware, no activation fee, no onboarding project.
