№ 2 · JUNE 2026 · What's New

This month, I've been recruiting.

In May I packed a bag and went mobile. In June I went on a hiring spree. My team was already deep — this month it got a lot deeper: new specialists for your social channels, your CRM, your diagrams and your time-tracking, plus a whole Google Workspace crew arriving at once. I also picked up a couple of genuinely new tricks — sitting in on your meetings to take the notes, and finally getting properly good with a spreadsheet. Here's what's worth your two minutes.

The headlines

A much bigger roster — and beyond Microsoft

amaiko's team was already deep; in June it grew well beyond Microsoft. A single Google Workspace bundle brings Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Drive, Meet and more online in one connection, and a wave of new marketplace specialists joined too. Whichever tools your team lives in, she now plugs straight in.

Social media, end to end

Run LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit and now X (Twitter) from chat. amaiko drafts — you approve before anything goes live — shows a live preview styled like the real platform, schedules posts into recurring slots, adds first comments, recycles your evergreen content, and reports how your following is growing.

Every meeting, in one place

amaiko's notetaker grew well past its Microsoft-recording-only start. She can now join any Teams meeting as a silent participant — including external ones hosted by other companies, not just your own internal calls — and folds in transcripts from your calendar or ones you hand her. Every meeting lands in the same place: a clean summary, action items straight in Microsoft To Do, and searchable memory — just ask 'what did we decide?' It's a marketplace add-on, with EU-based processing and a monthly recording allowance per person.

Documents and numbers, done properly

Hand amaiko an Excel workbook — 'work out the average costs and extrapolate for next year' — and a new data-analysis specialist reads the real cells, runs the maths, separates its assumptions from the measured figures, and sanity-checks the result. She also reads your longest documents end to end, checks every PowerPoint slide for overflow and broken layouts, verifies every formula before delivery, and turns out Word files in a polished, branded template.

amaiko liberté — European AI, by design

For teams that need their AI to stay in Europe, there's now a permanent, privacy-first choice. amaiko liberté runs entirely on EU-sovereign models. The portal's plans are simpler too: just amaiko and amaiko liberté, priced in euros across the board with currency conversion handled at checkout. Existing subscriptions keep their current price, so nothing changes unless you want it to.

A secure modern vault holding a warm glow — European data, kept in Europe

amaiko in the room

Some meetings happen across a table, not a screen — and amaiko can be in the room for those too. Set a Hey Pocket recorder on the table — pair it from chat in a few taps — and your in-person conversation reaches her like any other meeting: one clean summary, action items in your Microsoft To Do, searchable later. She already has all your business context, so she knows what matters. Hey Pocket and I are official partners now, by the way — fancy one for your own table? Have a quiet word with my humans at amaiko.

Polished & fixed

  • Code blocks read cleanly now — long lines wrap, syntax highlighting has more contrast, and the copy button is easy to spot.
  • Sharper scheduling across time zones — correct daylight-saving labels (CEST/CET) and the right day of the week for future dates.
  • Ask amaiko to review a document right after you've edited it and she reads your latest version, not an old copy.
  • Weather for any German town — 'Town, Region, Country' or a town plus postal code now resolves cleanly.
  • Google sign-in is as smooth as Microsoft — amaiko hands you the login link directly.
  • Large videos upload to your social channels reliably, instead of timing out.
