What is included in the price?

The plan covers the personal AI buddy in Teams and Outlook, the current GPT-5 models plus Claude Sonnet, unlimited tokens within normal business use, full Microsoft 365 integration across Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive and Word, knowledge capture and sharing, web research, Active Inbox for email prioritization, media generation for images and video, and priority support.

Resource-intensive features are subject to fair-use limits per billing month. Which costs appear on no price list?

The first is the data protection review. Since March 25, 2026, Flex Routing has been switched on by default for new Microsoft 365 tenants in the EU. Under peak load, Microsoft may shift model processing to the US, Canada or Australia.
