Company use needs AiZolo’s permission first
amaiko is sold to businesses only. Its terms apply to companies, not consumers, and they commit amaiko to a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR before your team puts personal data into it. You buy seats for your company, you administer them centrally, and you sign in with Microsoft Entra ID.
AiZolo is sold to individuals. Its terms of service list using the service “for any commercial purpose without authorization” among the things you agree not to do. Its pricing page offers Free, Pro and a yearly plan, and the app’s pricing page adds Premium. No team or business plan is listed. For your company that means every employee who uses AiZolo for work does it on a private account, under terms that do not cover that use, and IT has no account to administer or switch off.
Your data: Germany instead of the United States
amaiko is hosted in Germany on its own infrastructure, not in the Microsoft cloud, and AI processing stays in the EU. amaiko is GDPR-compliant, conformant with ISO 42001, the management standard for AI systems, and your contract runs under German law. The details are on the security page.
AiZolo’s privacy policy says that if you use the service from outside the United States, “your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States”. The policy does not mention the GDPR or a data processing agreement. AiZolo’s terms name BKAbhi Innovations Lab in India as the operator and are governed by the laws of India. For your company that means customer emails, contracts and figures that an employee pastes into AiZolo may leave the EU, and AiZolo publishes no processing agreement your data protection officer could check.
Memory that belongs to your company, not to one account
amaiko learns how your company works: projects, customers, decisions, who knows what. It consolidates conversations into lasting company knowledge overnight, so the next question starts with everything the team already worked out. amaiko teams spend 35% less time searching, and onboarding is up to 57% faster, because they inherit a memory instead of an empty chat window.
AiZolo’s AI Memory remembers “your preferences, past conversations, and context”. That memory sits in one person’s account. For your company that means ten employees on AiZolo build ten separate memories, none of which the company can see, share or keep.
Where you work: Teams, not another tab
amaiko runs in Microsoft Teams, in the chat your company already works in. It reads and drafts across email, calendar, files, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Teams chats, OneNote, To Do and SharePoint, and it works before anyone asks: the morning briefing is ready, and Active Inbox sorts the email. Connectors such as HubSpot, Personio, DocuSign and DATEV come from the marketplace.
AiZolo is a web workspace at chat.aizolo.com. It puts ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Perplexity side by side in one window; amaiko picks the model for the task, from GPT-6 and Claude Sonnet. AiZolo’s public pages do not mention Microsoft Teams or Microsoft 365. For your team that means one more tab, and every piece of company context has to be pasted in by hand and every answer carried back out.
Price: what the money buys
amaiko costs €41.58 per user per month billed annually (€499 per user per year), €49.90 billed monthly, with a minimum of five seats and unlimited tokens. See pricing.
AiZolo publishes one kind of price, for a private account: Pro at $9.90 a month or $99.90 a year with 3,000,000 tokens a month, Premium at $699 a year with 21,000,000. Company use needs AiZolo’s authorization under its own terms, and no price for it is published. So there is no company price to set against amaiko’s. What each published price buys:
| amaiko | AiZolo Pro (yearly) | |
|---|---|---|
| Published price | €41.58 per user per month, billed annually | $99.90 per private account per year |
| Tokens per person and month | unlimited | 3,000,000 |
| Licensed for company use | yes | only with AiZolo’s authorization, no price published |
| Data processing agreement | yes, Art. 28 GDPR | not mentioned |
| Memory | one, owned by the company | one per private account |
A Pro account buys private use for one person. It does not buy a licence for your business, a processing agreement, an administered rollout or a memory your company keeps. amaiko’s price includes all four.
